Coke Fest 2018: What You Need to Know

Coke Food Festival is back again in Lahore this weekend with more promises of exciting new food vendors. Hosted at Lake City for its 2018 edition, Lahore’s food industry is gearing up for a grand culinary display.

The three-day food extravaganza, Coke Fest 2018 will run from 1 PM to 11 PM on November 16th, 17th, and 18th, and there’s plenty to be excited about:

For one, we’re happy Lily’s Khow Suey will be making an appearance. A warm and wholesome take on the Burmese signature entrée, Lily’s boasts a home-feel. Noodles, coconut curry and a plethora of condiments? Say no more. This will mark Lily’s first appearance at any Coke Fest.

If that doesn’t tickle your fancy, there are live performances by some of the best-known musical artists in the country. The likes of Abrar Ul Haq, Amanat Ali, Aima Baig, Farhan Saeed, and Elizabeth Rai will be taking to the stage on various occasions to perform for audiences.

Also not to be overlooked is Rizq, the “Official Food Saving Partner” for the festival. This means no more wasted meals and leftovers. Reducing food wastage in today’s world is no small feat, and you can read more about Rizq in our interview with their founding team.

Tickets for Coke Fest 2018 can be bought here for a 10% discount on the market price.

Stay tuned for tips, tricks, and hacks to make the best out of this year’s Coke Fest!

Shameel finds himself being careless when trying to be carefree and eating nuggets when he wants to be fat-free. He’s an ‘overall picture’ kinda guy even though he seems to want to micromanage people taking out the trash. You’ll probably find him starry-eyed in the conference room, still explaining a ‘revolutionary’ idea that was shot down last week.
